Despite having a nice-sized room, the property felt old and rundown. The dark hallways and musty smell were off-putting, and the bathroom door knob was faulty. A disappointing continental breakfast did not help the experience, making it unlikely I'd return.

great access to parks and dining options for weekend strollers
I had a lovely stay in a spacious queen suite that perfectly suited my family with children, and we were just a short drive from the beautiful Fletcher Creek Park, which made for a great day of exploration and fun. Plus, being close to casual dining options like Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q meant we could easily grab a bite after our walks around the city.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The location is central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options! Great for families traveling together.
Finding this hotel was frustrating due to the odd positioning behind a Costco, and the musty smell in the hallways was quite off-putting.

Great Family Stay with Room for Improvement!
We enjoyed our 4-night stay in a spacious suite with comfortable beds. The kids loved the indoor pool, but it could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, staff members were friendly and attentive, making our experience pleasant. Future guests should check amenities thoroughly beforehand.

The King Suite I stayed in offered a comfortable experience for my couple's getaway. However, I noticed that the breakfast selection could use more variety, and some common areas felt a bit outdated. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

The kids loved the pool, even though it needed some cleaning. We also enjoyed the location being close to Orpheum Theater for a family outing. The room was spacious enough for our large family.
My children wanted more towels and a later breakfast time. It would be great if the hotel offered a little more variety in the breakfast bar for families with multiple kids.

We loved visiting the Orpheum Theater and checking out the local food scene. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff was super friendly. Perfect for a group getaway.
One thing that was a bit annoying was the slow Wi-Fi during peak hours, made it tough to plan our next day.

Family Avoidance Recommended
The room was clean as expected and spacious but what really stood out was the comfortable beds where my kids finally had some peace. After a long day driving, we appreciated the fridge that kept our drinks cold for the night, nice touch honestly.
It wasn't exactly cheap either but we thought it was worth the price until we got hit with all the chaos.

The indoor pool was fantastic for my kids! 😄 But the breakfast ends way too early, which was a bummer. Overall, nice stay! Would have loved more time for breakfast.
